All sequence content available on Downunder Sequences is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. The sequences are provided to you for your own personal use only. All rights not expressly granted remain with Downunder Sequences and the respective rights holders.
4. Personal Use Only
Sequences purchased from Downunder Sequences are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. By purchasing a sequence you agree that you will not:

- Publicly display, share, or distribute any sequence or its content
- Sell, resell, repackage, or redistribute any sequence in whole or in part

5. Permitted Use
You may use your purchased sequence to operate your personal Christmas light display at your own private residence. You may post videos or photos of your display on personal social media, blogs, or submit media to online publications, provided that Downunder Sequences and the sequence name are credited in your post.
6. No Commercial Use
Sequences purchased from Downunder Sequences may not be used for any commercial purpose. This includes but is not limited to using sequences for paid events, commercial properties, advertising, or to generate revenue of any kind. Any unauthorised commercial use will be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken.
7. No Redistribution
You may not reproduce, repackage, or redistribute any sequences purchased from this website, in whole or in part, for any reason, whether free of charge or for payment.
8. Digital Downloads and Refunds
All products sold on Downunder Sequences are digital downloads. Once a product has been purchased and downloaded, no refund can be issued. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for more information. 9. Product Compatibility
Our sequences are built for use with xLights software. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their display setup and prop configuration is compatible with the purchased sequence prior to purchase. Downunder Sequences does not accept responsibility for sequences that do not match a customer's individual prop layout.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Downunder Sequences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
11. Modifications to Terms
Downunder Sequences reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to the Website and will replace all prior agreements.
