At Downunder Sequences, we take great pride in the quality of our xLights sequences and work hard to ensure every product meets the highest standard before it is made available for purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a sequence has been purchased and/or downloaded. This policy exists because digital files cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.
We strongly encourage all customers to read the full product description, including prop group mappings and compatibility information, before completing a purchase to ensure the sequence is suitable for your display setup.
