No — the Auto Sequencer is Windows software and there is no Mac version. xLights itself runs on both, so it's worth checking before you start: if you sequence on a Mac, this won't run on it.

No. Everything happens on your own computer — your song stays in your show folder and is never uploaded to us or anyone else.
Yes. It exports a native xLights sequence file — everything downstream works as normal.

No. If you can run xLights, you can run the Auto Sequencer.
You'll download a small installer and run it like any other program. Because we're a small independent team without a paid Windows publisher certificate yet, Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" warning the first time — this is normal and not a sign anything's wrong.
